Cape Direct Connect had already spent a lot of money in trying to increase their online footprint in the satellite dish installation service without any success. They also couldn’t access their old domain as it was under the control of the old company which had created their website. We had to start from scratch trying to compete with websites with high domain authority and which have been around for years:

To gain exposure in the highly competitive industry of satellite TV installation and increase number of users who visit their new website, we had to use the tried and tested User First approach and also utilizing an in house strategy called 80/20 rule which ensures a healthy balance between content on the website.

To gain exposure we had to use an aggressive approach which saw the website receive 99 organic clicks and an average position of 60.8 in the first month after going live, to over 1,000 organic clicks and an average position of 14.5 after 5 months.
